Harry Redknapp verdict: NOT GUILTY of taking £189k in 'bungs' in tax evasion trial | Mail Online

I'm pleased. In his evidence, he came across to me as a fairly decent sort of chap.

Shame the police, CPS and the Inland Revenue don't spend 5 years Investigating crooked bankers Instead.

It's part of his job to select the team and appoint the captain

They've stopped him doing that

That's the way constructive dismissal works, you resign in a huff and then go to the Industrial Tribunal claiming that the firm made it impossible for you to do your job and asking for compensation for loss of earnings.

No it doesn't, you need to be able to show a consistent pattern of undermining your ability to do your job or inconsistent treatment when it comes to disciplinary action. John Terry might have a case but I doubt cappalo does.
