Now my old dad who was tall and thin used to love food that, in his words "stuck to your ribs."

The raditional English mixed grill was one of his favourites.



According to an article I read in the Sun Newspaper, this has just been declared the most unhealthy dish in England. I somehow doubt that would have stopped my old man from polishing one off every Friday night!

What's all in that? I think I see steak, sausage and bacon? I love meat but that's a bit too much even for me.

Usually steak, couple of chops, sausages, fried eggs, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, onions ... Have I messed anything?
