Karzi Pardons Rape Victim?

Yup, you heard that right. Apparently, in Afghanistan if a woman is raped she's incarcerated for having sex out of wedlock. I can tell you that if that had happened to any of my daughters they'd have one irate MF on the loose. I wonder what would happen if the rapist was to die, would she then be released? The lady and child are to be set free because she has agreed to marry her rapist.
