just want to cry

I had a boss from hell... one of my co-workers had saved all her leave (by not taking any all year), gave half to her husband that was on death's door and was finally receiving a kidney transplant and then took the Christmas week off to be with him and her daughter. The boss wrote her up for waiting till the end of the year to use her leave even though we were fully covered at work. Another time, she charged a co-worker leave for jury duty even though there's a leave code that covers jury duty. She's an ass and a bully and she finally retired much to everyone's great relief and pleasure.

You've got two choices, either wait your boss out since they'll either move on or out before you do, or find another job. Life's too short to put up with assholes that control that much of your life. Good luck!

Every boss has a boss unless he Is sole owner of the company.

Confront your boss, tell him how awkward you feel and advise him politely that this Is affecting you and should he not listen to you then you will have no option but to take a complaint to his boss.

If that fails, put dog poo In his mail box.

If it were myself I would tie a spring to the inside of the mail box door after having been connected to a square fixated at the rear of the mail box. The square would have to be connected to the back with exactly enough force to coincide with the pressure being exerted by the mail box door as well as the force necessary in launching the square at what I like:thinking: would prefer as being rather fast(It increases the effected area per square inch)...Then you ultimately place your poo in the center of the mail box before closing the door...

Be sure to take his mail before you begin and just rip it up(Don't place the pieces anywhere around the mailbox as he may become suspicious)

For conformation you can coincidentally "tell him how awkward you feel and advise him politely that this Is affecting you" when he approaches his mail box

I prefer the camoflaged dog poo method. Place Inside a brown envelope marked 'Urgent attention'...

How long have you worked there? Are your co-workers having the same problems with the boss?

You from your days of being inspired by old Johnny Wardle video tapes and me from my childhood, which we won't get in to, can place a spin on dog poo and rocket a chunk through the finder of an average 70's muscle car that would leave Roger Clemons wishing he'd achieved more and Muttiah Muralitharan salavating and stunned at the sight of such bouncing supremacy...

...

Now back to Jally, if any of these techniques do not work, which would have to mean that you hadn't correctly mastered the techniques, then at the peak of what you'd ultimately have to consider unquestionable doubt, then just through the dog poo directly in your boss' face...

If you are that unhappy with your job, find a new one - or two(if need be). Life is just too short to spend 8 to 10 hours a day miserable.
I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Folks who'd like to copy my intellectual work should expect to pay me for it.:-6

True! but I don't have much choice of different jobs in the north of my country, so i'm glad I have lovely colleagues who make work a bit easier.
