Getting the Details

On my photo shoot today I was using my prime 50mm lens to experiment with sharpness and depth of field. At F/1.4 i could really concentrate on narrowing my area of sharp focus(depth of field) to see how pleasing that would be in close-up photography using subjects with a whole lot of detail. I am well pleased! Can you see the tiny spiderwebs?

That's a wonderful photo but there's something about furry plants that creep me out. Look at the stem, it's got more hair on it than my legs do. Eek

Bob, I stare In awe at your pics.

Last year, I started a course In photography because I dreamt of being a proffessional photographer for Horse racing. I gave up frankly.... far too complicated.

Horses are cool. I've only photographed one in my life but it turned our pretty good.
