Yes Abbey, we do have hedgehogs in the States. Friend of mine has one. Let it run loose for a bit and it crawled inside her couch. What a time she had trying to get it back out with all those quills! LOL

Yup it looked a lot like that and it was in a lot of pain too. I was about six or seven years old. It was one of those things you don't forget.
