This is good for maybe a Sunday Brunch:
One can frozen orange juice
One can half and half
One can vodka
One egg
Place in blender and whip. If you are afraid of stuff that can be in raw eggs,
you can omit that.
Enjoy!

Val,
Do you know what this drink is called? How does it taste?

I'd just omit the egg and half-and-half and go for the straight screwdriver!
:)

I learned this one about 30 years ago, and it was just called "Recipe"
believe it or not...
I really like it but I spose it could be a bit too sweet for some... and it's
not something you'd want to drink a bunch of, stick with the screwdrivers
if you're gonna really imbibe... this is more just a nice, easy something
to offer guests with their Eggs Benedict!!

Recipe? Well, that sounds like an appropriate name.
I'm sure it'll help keep you warm on those chilly mornings!

Oh my gosh, do you guy's remember the drink Orange Julius?
Here's how you make them at home. My grandkids and everyone loves these.
For two people......
Put 1 1/2 of orange juice into a high speed blender.
Then add 1/2 cup water
3 or tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of liquid eggs......you can get these in the milk and egg section.
Also.....if you have GOOD vanilla.....put in about 1/4 teaspoon.
Turn on the blender to high speed for about 15 seconds.
Now put in about 5 ice cubes and turn on blender for about another 15 seconds.
This amount will fill up a normal blender. Don't worry about putting the exact amounts.......it will come out fine. :-6
That's it. They're simply wonderful and taste even better than the ones' I've tasted before.
Merry Christmas all...........
