Barmy Redditch Borough Council sprays dog poo orange in crackpot crackdown | simonpreston31

I just do not see the point do you ?

If a dog owner does not pick his dog's poo up, do they really think that wasting tax payers money by spraying It orange will shame them ?

I can see one benefit. At least If It Is bright orange, I may be able to spot It before It Is way too late whilst I am out yomping with my own dogs.

Fluorescent green would be helpful also for us night time dog walkers.

I would have thought it would make an ideal task for community service - poo picking parties for those wishing to wipe the slate clean?

An excellent Idea for the Restorative Justice system Bryn.

What a revolting job though?

There Is a strange phenomenon with dog owners In that whilst we seem perfectly capable of dealing with our own dog's rear ends and their waste, we take on an Immediate sense of nausea when approaching any other dogs.

Some of my most wonderful yomps In the countryside have been blighted when upon picking up what I believed Is my dogs waste, I have been over-come quite unwell upon the realisation that the poo I am picking up Is cold and there-fore not from one of my own.

The ones that *really* annoy me are those who pick their dog's poo up and then hang the poo bag on the nearest hedge! What do they think that achieves apart from preserving it for longer?

If your dog drops it, *you* bin it - at home if you cannot find a dog bin closer.
