Has anyone come across these? I feel I'm crawling out of a shell and discovering the world has moved on, there's so much to find that I didn't know existed :-

So long as they continue to make full transcripts available I suppose I don't mind the format, though I see little point to it. Why on earth lock content away inside flash video elements?

At least the content is there and available - and quite interesting in places
