Without knowing more about the provenence what is there to say? The telegraph is a right wing newspaper and you can find similar stories and reports from quite a few countries where you don't have a communist government to lay the blame on. Althouigh korea is no more communist than stalin's russia was.

North Korea is no Garden of Eden, but I think someone is guilty of Cherry Picking scenes that show that. I'm not impressed.

I really think the woman in the first part of the video is drunk or on drugs. Photos and videos are rare but I have seen a few and this one has a bad smell.
