Mezza's against it, presumably.

Really, these threads are like commercial breaks. I'm tempted to ask whether they should be tolerated. I don't like the idea of fly-by-night topic setters trying to dictate what a hundred boards are aware of.

It's yet another example of the OP's deep infatuation with David Duke, former Grand Wizard of the KKK. :-4

I guess he's the Justin Bieber of racists.

Who could resist a bottled brunette hatemonger with white facial hair? :D

If Mezza isn't willing to have a conversation I move that the mods delete his threads and ban him. I consider this spam.

I vote yay to the idea of deleting threads in which the poster doesn't have convorsation about that which they post I have seen a few of them crop up recently.

I would say get rid of it as well. Political as well as religious. What's the point of joining a discussion forum if you just want to rant.?

I'll make the distinction between self-authored and copied from someone else's work then. There are several people who write-only post here with their own text. Some of those have ended up discussing their threads eventually. We'll set a rule that anyone arriving new who just dumps text or video clips onto the site with no words of their own or just wrapping it in "hey look't this" gets their threads deleted, even though it's not advertising anything. How does that sound?

Makes sense to me. I don't see it as any different, in principle, to spam
