So, as soon as it is safe to do so our Prime Minister rushes over to Egypt to support their efforts towards democracy.

All very laudable you might say - until you see who he's taken with him.

To visit the military junta to discuss how they will hold free and fair elections and empower the people he's taken his best arms salesmen - in the interests of "defence" of course

It makes you ashamed to be British :-1

I'm willing to bet the people of Egypt simply exchanged one form of dictatorship for another. The military runs that country. I doubt they will really see change. All the west really cares about is the flow of oil. It's pathetic.

Not really, our politicians have alway been sleazy hypocritical self serving bastards we just kid ourselves they are not the mediocre morons they really are.
