A new study finds that anger at God is a common emotion among Americans.

It is interesting to note that for most people, God gets all the blame when things go wrong, but little credit when things go well.

People aren't really angry at God, they're unwittingly angry at the lie they've been told about the existence of God since early childhood. God can't address the issue because he's a no-show. You can't blame the guy though because he doesn't exist.

I was talking about God-the living, not God-the concept. If people are becoming angry over acknowledged concepts - well, what can ya say.

I think I get what your saying.

People develop a preconception of what God is about. This comes from what their families say, and what other folks around them say and do.

Then, at some point in their lives, they find that the concept they have does not meet their needs.

They then become angry with the concept that they grew up with. They probably go through that whole seven stage thing that folks have written about death and dying.

At some point then, they must either resolve their concept with some sort of reality, or simply abandon the concept and find their own way.

What might those be, in America? A comfy, cossetted, remote-controlled, air-conditioned, drive-in life?

. You read the bilbe and get this concept of this Uber-perfect Omnipresent consciousness with the power to do anything. Yet God couldn't cure a diseas, or provide money, God designed humans in god's image but later is dissapointed in human's how could a perfect being do anything imperfect and still be considered perfect. Since human's are far from perfect and were supposedly God's creation then God made something imperfect. If that is so then God is imperfect if that is so then what makes God different from man? This type of hypocritical conundrum and many others like it is what is at the point of the anger at the concepts of God.

I'm angry at people who are angry with God. If there's a God that might get me bonus points.
