The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe

Post by Oscar Namechange »

As many here know my passion is National Hunt Chasing ( Horse-Racing over jumps) but I do follow a few flat racers for a bet here and there during the flat season.

The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe is a Group 1 flat horse race in France which is open to thoroughbreds aged three years or older. It is run at Longchamp over a distance of 2,400 metres (about 1½ miles), and Takes place today Sunday 3rd October at 3.05 pm although I am writing this post Saturday night In Blighty In the small hours long before the race Is due to get under-way.

So my prediction for The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe:

1st...Planteur 13/2

2nd...Behkabad 4/1

They are about to ban horse jumping races here. The RSPCA are dead against it.
