Says a lot about the people of Bell and paying attention to what's going on in your community. Ambivalence is not a good thing. It allows corruption to thrive. I wonder how much this goes on in the US. We just found a supervisor for the fire department making a ridiculous salary for watching 2 stations here. Seems they fire dept council voted themselves raises.
