I do the same as you, toss and turn and go on the computer just like I am now at 1am....it relaxes me and takes things off my mind....they I can rest.

feed the cats

clean out the litter for the night

check windows and doors

clean out ashtray

wash out glass of whatever I had to drink...can't leave anything dirty!:wah:

brush teeth

nothing exciting!:yh_rotfl

I put on my pjs then go to the loo, brush me teeth, then I take my meds, then I might read for a few minutes then I curl up and try to fall asleep which can sometimes take ages depending on how tired I feel.

oops....I forgot to mention my meds at bedtime.

sometimes it can take a long time to get to sleep.

Sometimes I will read or come on the computer......as it takes away whatever was on your mind.

I brush my teeth while the bathtub is filling up with hot water. Then I almost submerge in the tub, soaking and bathing. After I dry off, I lightly sprinkle some cologne on me and put my nightgown on. I brush my hair and go sit next to Hubby on the couch. We watch TV until we get drowsy, then head for bed.

I leave my radio on all night tuned to WABC listening to Doug McIntyre, John Bachelor or George Noory on coasttocoastam.com.

I love listening to these fellas. They're intelligent, interesting and don't rant and rage about issues.

I usually read for an hour before falling asleep. Seems like I wake up at least once in the night, and now I begin scanning my ipad for awhile before sleepy again.

Take sleeping pills.

Begin to remove 3 dogs and one cat from lounge. One cat Is allowed to stay In lounge because he Is well behaved.

Take 3 dogs from lounge Into their room and tell them to go to their baskets.

Return to lounge to catch one dog who has snuck back In there.

Whilst returning one dog to basket In her room, return to lounge to get other 2 dogs who have snuck back In.

After settling 2 dogs In their baskets, return to kitchen where first dog Is now hiding after snucking back In.

Physically carry dog to her basket.

Return to lounge for cat who has snuck back In.

Return to hall and place cat In her basket.

Return to lounge to collect all 3 dogs who have snuck back In.

Return to lounge to clean up cat sick from usually well behaved cat.

Finally get to bed.

One hour later... get up and tell 3 dogs to stop barking.

Go to kitchen to get drink.

Return 3 dogs to baskets after snucking back Into lounge.

Find well behaved cat has bolted out the window.

Go Into garden looking for well behaved cat.

Return well behaved cat to lounge, unruly cat to hall and dogs to their baskets.

Return to garden to find missing dog who snuck out whilst looking for wel behaved cat.

Get Into bed.

One hour later, wonder what scumpering noise Is In bedroom.

Find unruly cat has snuck In bedroom.

Return cat to her basket In hall.

Remove 3 dogs from bedroom who have snuck In whilst returning unruly cat to hall.

Apologise to husband for waking him up.

Go to kitchen to get husband drink who now can not sleep.

Return 3 dogs to baskets and unruly cat to hall.

Go back to bed.

Get up 10 mins later to let dogs out In garden because they now want to go to the toilet.

Put coat on and go Into garden to get 3 dogs who now have selective hearing and won't come back In.

Wave to grumpy neighbour looking out their window who dogs have woken up.

Return 3 dogs to baskets.

Go look for unruly cat who has dissapeared.

Take more sleeping pills.

Return to bed.

One hour later husband can not get back to sleep.

Give up and log on facebook to annoy Nomad.

Hi My Dear, but are you sure that you'd want me to stay if I didn't brush my teeth?

Do you think it's too optimistic to assume that someone with only one tooth has managed to change his/her mind into, at the very least, taking better care of the one?

Would the World average be satisfied with that single tooth if such is the case or do you believe any number above 50% of the World's population would say "forget it" and continue to allow that one tooth to diminish in usability?

These are questions we need answered ffs!?

Did you know that people used to brush their teeth with urine to make them white? If so do "you" think that "your" ancestors were among this particular population set? Do "you" think this led to an overabundance of pi**y attitooths or no? Could this have eventually led to a resentment of people with clean white teeth ultimately ending in a lifelong boycott of dental treatment be it foreign or domestic?

How do you like that? This is a very valuable observation in my mind.
