What do you do to keep yourself motivated?

Hello Everyone.

My motivational technique is to visualize myself as already successful and affirming this mental picture at least five times a day especially before falling asleep and immediately after waking up.

I just drink a few beers then fall asleep. Wake up and repeat.

many cups of coffee, a pay check, constant bashing from OS operations at work ya that all works wonders for me.

Motivated for what? Weight loss? Improving golf scores? Career? Sex?

There are many thing to get motivated for.

I make lists of everything I need to accomplish that day. That way I can scratch them off as I go and I can keep what I need to be doing in my mind.

If, at the end of the day, my list isn't complete.... I connect car battery cables to my nipples.:p

Me too. I make a list the night before but have catagories of 'Must Do', 'Need to do', and 'will do' If I have time.

Then I attach the car battery cables to my nipples. No reason... I just like It.
