perfect home management tips ?

Hello

If you own apartment buildings or commercial developments, or if you’re interested in going into property management as a career, you must know how to retain quality tenants and turn a healthy profit. And just as important, you must understand how to effectively deal with potential legal challenges—from evicting tenants to dealing with an injury on the premises. Online legal resource Nola offers a free portal to essential information exclusively for landlords and property managers. The site includes articles, step-by-step guides, tax tips, and other tools designed to help you deal with the legal aspects of property management. The following sections of the site are particularly useful:

* Top 10 Tax Deductions for Landlords. Did you know that you can deduct the local travel expenses of driving to your rental building to deal with a tenant complaint or to the hardware store to pick up a repair part? This and nine other helpful tax tips are included in this list, written by attorney and author Stephen Fish man.

* Chart: Landlord-Tenant Statutes, State by State. Landlord-tenant laws vary significantly depending on where you live, so it's important to check your state laws for specifics. This chart lists the key statutes for each state, which you can then look up on Nolo’s well-organized (and free) State Laws section

Why, if you're in the UK, are you advertising an American site? :sneaky:

I've already written the first part of his requiem. He's delightful, isn't he? I googled his merry *ss and he's joined every possible forum. Befriended none that I can see and always writes the same delicious snappy paragraphs of unsolicited advice. Pant pant pant. Spammer or nutter or just a thoroughly nice bloke being avuncularly helpful?? I think I'm in love.

Just imagine if he were to give two paragraphs of well crafted suggestions in one of Coberst's philosophy threads, or neat political suggestions to Truthbringer, or some potted religious verbiage to the latest duel. I'm so excited....

There is a porn site under the same name - but it's graphically ugly.

I read the name as Shakespearean. Richard III was not well favoured.

Hello all,

How was your weekend? I am here, surfing the net and trying to practice my english.

In fact i hope to visit Atlanta, Georgia soon. I was searching GOOGLE about some place to stay. Hotels and all stuff. And i was impressed about the luxury condos you can find there!

I remember in the past "to live in a condo" was not a symbol of status, but i see this changed and some condos in Atlanta are very luxury. Of course i don´t think i can buy one of these LOL But i will go and take a look.

Also i noticed the prices are so high, is this a sign the U.S. is coming out from the crisis? Just curious about. :)

Look at this i.e. atlantageorgiacondos.us Woow.. 2,000,000. These condos are amazing but, is not better to buy a house?

Well i suppose it depends on the person.

Any suggestion for my future travel? (i will go in 2 months)

Regards
