Baby having Baby!

So what do you think about about that "14" year old girl Marrying that 22 year old man? Then that "baby" girl had a baby girl!!!

He's 22. She's 14. She just gave birth to their daughter. When she got pregnant, her parents gave their consent for her to go to Kansas with him to get married. In Kansas, it's legal for a 12-year-old to marry if the kid's parents consent.

He was 20 and she was 12 when they met. He got he her pregnant when she was "13" and at that time they weren't married.

SO WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD HE BE JAILED FOR THE RAPE OF A MINOR?

Am I the only one who thinks a 20 year-old man interested in a 12 year-old girl is one sick, demented puppy?

If that had been my daughter, they would have been searching for his body for weeks!

The only guy who should be interested in a 12/14 year pold is a boy of the same age, and then if l have a daughter, shes not dating till shes 50:mad:

He must be a sicko to even want to be with a girl of 12....but how about her parents agreeing to it all. They must be sicker.

Girl and baby should be placed in foster care, together. Man should be jailed for a long, long time.

IÃ‚´ve got two daughters and no way would we have let anything like that happen.

My oldest daughter when she was 17 went out with a guy of 40, it only happened once because my ex went to warn him off but ended up putting him in hospital with a broken arm and a couple of bust ribs, when I asked why he said "I didnÃ‚´t like the look of him".

First of all - the PARENTS should have been charged with neglect...2nd he should be held liable to pay child support on that baby working from jail, and yes -she should be placed in foster care..I read about that a while back when they first got married - and thought those parents were frickin nuts...I have a 13 year old...She gets tired of babysitting - how and the hell could she be ok to raise a baby and be a wife..They are living with her parents? or his parents? I read that too somewhere........

Cars, in what state did she get pregnant? in my state, and others, that would have been a statutory rape conviction, and the doctor, or school who knew about it had a legal mandate to report it. further, he would have been deemed a pedophile. there is something very wrong with the story.

Yes, he should be in jail, right next to the parents! What a cop out...the parents took the easy way out and gave consent to marry, instead of sicking the law on him. Must not have wanted to raise their own child and a grandchild too. Think Kansas needs to re-think that law permitting 12 year olds to marry.

What the hell, is the govenor of that state a pedifile!!!!!!!!!

I would be wondering what he will be thinking when their children reach 12 years old. I cannot agree that this is right.

Hi LC, Nebraska is the state they lived in, but could not get married in at age 14.

I could not believe it when I read that Kansas allows "12" year olds to get married. (With the childs parents permission)

Something is wrong in Kansas!!! :wah:

my concern is not the marriage, it is WHY he was not charged with statutory rape, which took place before the wedding....the parents would not have had to press the charges, clearly they are nitwits. the DA could have brought the charges! there is something fishy about it.
