G'day Betty. I'm in that nice little spot of calm between seeing what Santa had brought the little one (he loves the kids' cook book and has written me an ingredients shopping list already) and the arrival of all the troops for brekkers, pressie opening, champers etc etc.. culminating in da toikey.

It's 8:06 am. We got to sleep in, well some of us... as we ditched Midnight Mass for the early kids' one.. and had the pleasure of the company of a 3 month old sqawking baby Jesus sitting up front with a trillion small shepherds, assorted angels and singing sheep.. and Nicole Kidman and Sunday Rose. Fantastic and so down to earth and yet spiritual too, that I was glad a couple of my doubting older kids got to see this side of Christmas. :sneaky:

um.. and yes..

Naughty can be very nice!

(Blackadder's Christmas Carol is on tonight.. that should be naughty and nice as well too)

Have a great day Pam! Still Christmas Eve here, I'm about to eat a big bowl of ice cream and clotted cream as I've been a good girl I am told :wah:

I'm looking forward to spending a quiet day tomorrow with a little bit of preparation needed for boxing day which is officially my christmas day. What I do need to do is to stop people sending texts asking me if I am ok all the time, most seem horrified that I am on my own tomorrow. :wah:
