Water is Wet?

Only in its liquid form. So liquid water is wet while frozen water is not wet unless it changes back (melts) to its liquid state.

Yaaarrrgg did a thread on this subject a couple years ago on another forum. It was quite interesting.

Cute not going to work. If you read my post I said "I would say that pretty much covers the topic. Water in liquid form is wet, frozen not so wet done. ;)" That covers it water is always wet just when frozen not as much. :D

One person pointed out, that in the right conditions water can be a solid, liquid and gas all at the same time. Go figure. In that case, it's both wet and not wet.

This is a very rich subject.Well i see Nomad agrees with me because scratching the surface would suggest solid. And as we all know, having Nomad agree with you is the ultimate quest.
