Yes, its great fun, and Anne Boelyn, what a flipping ride (my apologies ladies, she just brings out the bad man in me). I'd nearly change my entire nations religious life to get a crack at her as well, I am starting to see Henry in an entirely different light.

I know some people disdain it because its not exactly Gibbon in terms of historical academia; however, its just a TV show, and its giving you some basic English history while also titilating the parts that other shows cannot reach (but in a good, bodice ripping kinda way), so top marks all round.

Yeah, I think it would have been stretching historical accuracy a bit too much to let her live though. Damn shame though.

Yeah, whats her name I wonder? They filmed that in Wicklow you know, I should have visited. I mean I know I am just a lowly scientist with not very much money, and she is a fancy hotshot actress now, but maybe she might want to slum it for a change. I mean what does Rhys Myers (or whatever his name is) have that I don't have, apart from money, fame, an apartment in London, a lucrative career ahead of him, good looks, etc etc. No, I think I can see it working out, she's different, I know she is. :wah:
