Pam, not all forums allow video embedding.

The music forum does:-6

Go to the "My Favourite Videos" section of the board and chose a forum - say :-

Music - ForumGarden

Go to YouTube or wherever and select a video.

Copy the embed string next to the video and paste

Simple

In here it would look like :-

but in a video enabled forum it should work.
