Passed one thermometer outside a bank today, & it read "102"! Our backyard thermometer says 97, guess it's hot, no matter which one is right! :wah:

(PS: will be BBQing later on in the evening for dinner, cause I like my steaks "Grilled"!) :yh_doh

Storms are now here Ducky...too early...I was busy downloading my pics of my classroom and just heard the rain.

But, I think I will go out and batten down the hatches...last storm destroyed my pepper plant:mad:

we had that for 2 hours last night.....horrible storms passed through.

2 tornado's' hit here just 10 minutes from me......and we never get tornado's!

Well, its disgustingly humid here with grey skies plus the weather peeps don't know whats happening with Hurricane Bill...I know Kathy Ellen will be getting lots of ocean probs from it.

There are supposed to be thunderstorms there later! The baby shower is this afternoon, they will have to move it from outside to inside! Who would have guessed that!

:-1 Oh, I am blue today, I'm missing the baby shower, I missed her wedding shower, life stinks sometimes. I'll never get there in time when she starts labor, just the grandma aftermath........
