You can always complain about dentist's here! :wah:
It's the novacaine that bothers me now-it takes 6+ hours to wear off, when I went it numbed me from my ear to the base of my throat. When it started to go around the whole throat I thought-eghads, I am going to go into anaphylectic shock again if it doesn't stop. I will hopefully have no more cavities to be filled or eat chewy candy and break any more teeth. (boy, I don't think that will happen!) That dentist will have to half the novacaine or give me something else or nuttin' the next time.

-you don't want me here tomorrow when I have my extractions!:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl
your throat froze also, wow, that would really send me sky-high with worry!
novacaine doesn't work well with me at all, hate having cavities filled, I can still feel the pain!:-5:-5
Oh, it was scarey. I had a horrible reaction to shrimp, broke out in hives, then the throat started to close. It was before my husband was ill, I remember telling him to take me to the ER. And he was dawdling around, finally got in the truck and was driving leisurely there. My throat started closing, and I told him to step on it and that if I stopped breathing what to do. That was the last thing I said, because then I couldn't speak. He was kind of shocked when I got there and they started the drip stat.

But he is really a very good guy, and very happy I am home. He followed me all over the house yesterrday, glad for company and not the poor nurse! :wah: (and she's such a sweet lady!)
He knows we are going to the beach in a week, he indulges me. And knows enough that I will probably not surf this year, after getting over the arm stuff.
But oh next month, he knows he is going to his parents for 10 days while I go home. He doesn't like it. He will miss me loads then and be happy to get back.

Yes, but I'm taking the laptop, I'll be on during the day.
Only my husband is going this year, kids are going to L.A. in August. (#2 daughter is throwing the baby shower, I get to go earlier and buy all the stuff!) :wah:

I rent a beach front kichenette place, so I can make most of the meals. It has an indoor pool, so nice for the evening. And it is right where the surfing zone is......
The kids will take care of the critters and garden. It's only a short trip next time, but the L.A. is a big thing. I will figure that out when I get home from the beach.

Thank you my dear.
Oh, I will vacation-with no chores to do and a beach to walk upon, a sunset to watch, and surfers to cheer on. But I will write off and on, that is the luxury of vacation-and can't leave my husband alone in the room all the time. He will go out for dinner each night with me. He is happy to be going....he knows his parents' visit is a week or so later, and he is not happy about that one. :wah:

Have to see my daughter and go baby shopping!
it sounds very relaxing for you..........you need this babe.

It is nice, the moondoggies came out about 6. I found a brand new pair of sunglasses in the waves-actually 3 pairs. I gave the two to a man and his daughter, and kept the Nines West for myself. (after we asked everyone if they were theirs) I will look even spiffier tomorrow! :-6

I found out twice up and down to PA driving is hard to do!
It took my mother 2 sentences to blab what the baby is. (a boy)
My mother is borderline dementia, that was sad to see and deal with.
But I saw all my brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, and took my daughter baby shopping for the crib.
I'll tell all the stuff when I post pics. Just got in, and am starting to clean house.:wah:
What beach did you go to? Congrads on the baby (must be the year of the boy as my neice is expecting a boy in August)...sorry about your mom....but your hubs is cute.
