Congratualtions. My nephew has managed to go four weeks without murdering some-one.

Would you say you've replaced it with anything?

You know what i mean? Like if you give up smoking you tend to eat more as the food tastes better.

That doesn't count cos you're a bloke! :p

Sugar and chocolate are part of one of the major food groups for women and we faint if we don't have a daily supply!

That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! ;) :D :wah:

ALOHA!!

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.

WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"

well she has driven me to drink for years seemed the least i could do :rolleyes:

how are you i'm often tempted to torture you on face book but under threat of violence from sue i leave you alone

Yeah, I get it you're an outcast.

Always under attack always coming in last,

Bringing up the past.

No one owes you anything.

I think you need a shotgun blast,

A kick in the ass, so paranoid

Watch your back

Oh my, here we go

Another lose cannon gone bi-polar

Slipped down, couldn't get much lower

Quicksand's got no sense of humor

I'm still laughing like hell

You think that by crying to me

Looking so sorry that I'm gonna believe

You've been infected by a social disease

Well, then take your medicine

Chorus

I created the Sound of Madness

Wrote the book on pain

Somehow I'm still here to explain,

That the darkest hour never comes in the night

You can sleep with a gun.

When you gonna wake up and fight

For yourself

I'm so sick of this tombstone mentality

If there's an afterlife

Then it'll set you free

But I'm not gonna part the seas

You're a self-fulfilling prophecy

You think that crying to me

Looking so sorry that I'm gonna believe

You've been infected by a social disease

Well, then take your medicine

Chorus

I created the Sound of Madness

Wrote the book on pain

Somehow I'm still here to explain,

That the darkest hour never comes in the night

You can sleep with a gun

When you gonna wake up

When you gonna wake up and fight

For yourself

Chorus

I created the Sound of Madness

Wrote the book on pain

Somehow I'm still here to explain

That the darkest hour never comes in the night

You can sleep with a gun

When you gonna wake up

When you gonna wake up and fight

I created the Sound of Madness

Wrote the book on pain

Somehow I'm still here to explain

That the darkest hour never comes in the night

You can sleep with a gun

When you gonna wake up and fight

For yourself

When you gonna wake up and fight

For yourself

When you gonna wake up and fight

For yourself

I'm doing fine hun! Got a stinker of a cold at the mo but apart from that doing fine.

The reason you don't bother me on facebook is I can type faster that you! I can probably type faster than you think! :yh_rotfl

Feel free to bother me sometime but I am never on there for long. Usually just to catch up with my soldier boy nephew and his squad.

Be happy mate and watch out for elephants! :D

i did eat more when i gave up smoking,,(still am but not as bad i think),, but its not because food tastes better:thinking:its because i feel hungry:-3I think my body replaced smoking cravings with hunger pangs:sneaky:
