I dont know why ,, but pics like that and information on the effects of smoking has never spurred me on to stop before, and to be honest wasnt a factor in me quitting now

I think you get used to seeing stuff like that i dunno,,, as a smoker yourself Gill it obviously hasnt had an efefct on you

On the contrary, Kaz, it does have an effect on me, but I just haven't got the same will power as you have. Also, at this present time, it just would not be a good idea for me to try giving up. But I will give it a good try as soon as stuff here at home gets sorted one way or another, and I live in a much less stressful place in the countryside.
