We're right at 3 in Ohio. They say prices will come down this weekend so I'm trying not to fill up.

Don't believe it Action. Fill up now.

This is a holiday weekend and they are already gouging the prices and blaming it on the hurricane. They can ride that excuse for several weeks.

$2.69 as of an hour ago. I'm leaving shortly to top off my tank today.

You guys in Europe are really fortunate to have such a wonderful public transportation system. The US needs to learn some things about transportation from the UK.

That's how it is where I live. I need a car to get to the bus station. And I can't bike anywhere...too rural, too dangerous. How can they preach about energy conservation and not give us options?

Stockbridge, Georgia

From: DaniMcCullough

Where/When: Stockbridge, Georgia - August 31, 2005

Comment: This BP is located on Hwy 138 right of the Stockbridge exit off I75. The amazing thing was that people were actually pumping gas there when the Pit Stop gas station directly across the street was charging about $3.29 at the most. If people are too ignorant to go across the street then they deserve to pay $5.87-$6.07 for gas

do you guys have a long weekend coming up? Here in Canadaland the trend is to jack prices up just before the long weekend. We are paying $1.05 per liter converted to gallons I am afraid I have no clue, I think close to $4.00 but not sure. What really burns is we produce this stuff why are we jacking it up here for us. ??? Scraching head on this one.
