I am not sure that I would be much help answering questions about any religious faith, only my own faith and what I have learned and what I now value. Welcome to FG and good luck in filling your cup with kindness, love and understanding. :-6

Nomad has the knack of putting his finger on the truth. It hurts him. The same is true of Farmer Giles.

Why wish to drink from a fountain when you may never need be thirsty again?

Believe in yourself, believe in others, trust that you know right from wrong and be free from the burdens religious institutions place upon you. Accept others and know that anything is possible, everyone may be right yet they could all be wrong. Don’t judge others, and don’t let others judge you. Leave the earth just a little better place that when you found it.

Do this and it does not matter what religion or faith you have, in the end you will have been a good person, and what God would ever turn his/her back on a good person.
