Labour are done for no matter who gets to be leader. It's a safe bet Gordon brown won't last much longer as leader. I hear it will shortly be known as zombie labour.

What does it matter? They're not doing a Blair on him, it's only who's taking over should he lose the election to the Tories. Seeing as he's not going to lose, there's not going to be anyone take over is there? The sooner he dumps that numpty Harriot Harmen the better and she can take that dwarf Hazel Blears with her as well.
