Since she isn't going to be able to find anything I thought a little gloat was in order.:sneaky:
It's sad though, this love she has for gordie boy, it's like watching a budgie talking to itself in a mirror-you know it's sad and somehow pathetic and you shouldn't laugh but you just can't help it. Sadly there is no way to put a cloth over her cage to relieve her misery at least temporarily. :yh_rotfl

His Lovliness has just been a little quiet lately planning the G8 Summit. HA will you get a shock when he reveals his secret plan. When that's kicked into action, recovery will be only months away.
He's banning 100% mortgages and i know you will say he cuased them in the first place but he was only trying to help those poor people who didn't have a deposit.

It was brought in because of the inflated prices in London and the south east to help first time buyers. Only an idiot-or in this case a moron-thinks you help first time buyers by keeping house prices artificially high. All lenders have already stopped 100% loans anyway and so have the 125% loans, as usual he is shutting the barn door and blaming someone else for leaving it open in the first place but wants the credit for stopping any future escapes. Mixed metaphors but I'm sure you get my drift.
It was Thatcher that first allowed 100% loans. (speaking as one who benefited greatly from it) In itself they are a good idea as it helps first time buyers. It was Brown that took a good idea and turned it in to a really stupid one.

Osborne is a numpty. Northern rock were in The Times yesterday talking about 90% mortgages..... just as bad. Banks and lenders were loaning to idiots even with poor credit ratings. What do think his Worthyness should have done? Personally approved every mortgage?
It goes back to the 'Boom or Bust' mentality where everyone enjoyed the ride under the boom years now doesn't want to pay for it under the bust years. The tax payer will pay for the idiots who racked up the debts not Gordon Brown's decision making.
