If you would like I can edit your post and put a smaller sized picture of your beautiful dog up. I will check back and see. The smaller the picture the better for the FG server to handle. ;)

just click on mine twice......it will enlarge it.

his eyes on your pic came out the same, with cameras, you have to click the red eye control out for animals.

I should have known that. :o Actually, his brown eye..just in regular light, looks red. Vet says it is because the capillaries are closer to the eye surface in that eye.

Oh, Sunshine...I lubs him tooooooooo:-4 He's gorgeous. Love his eyes..how cool:-6

I'll post a pic of Orla, my SIL's sheltie, when I'm on my desktop. But, if she ever met your sheltie, she would run away. She wants NOTHING to do with any other dog...handsome or not. At our last party, this handsome dog fancied her. He kept running up to her to be friendly. :wah::wah: Poor Orla just kept running up the steps to get away from him:wah:

Thanks Kathy. I would love to see your SIL's Sheltie. I'm sure mine would be after her too. He currently thinks my 14 year old border collie might be interesed in him. I wonder what part of Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, snap, bark, Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr he doesn't understand. LOL

I would love to. Better in an e-mail though. It is all about daily training, about 15 mins. per day and a few tricks that I learned when I actually took another dog of mine to school. I will send you a private message with my email addy and fill you in on all that I know about it. Some dogs take right to it and some are rather stubborn. That's when the tricks come in handy.

Both dogs are still asleep. Have to wonder what they do all day that makes them so tired. :-3 Usually they get up when I do and start their begging for their morning milkbone.

they are very similar example:

Blue Merle Border Collie

Bi Blue Sheltie, which I guess is what mine is as he has very little tan in his coat. Maybe if I took the time to brush him more often, he might look that good. Yeah, right.

sometimes if our cats are up really late playing around, they don't get up for breakfast right away.

Dana Scully..I might have known. :wah: Smart dogs those Jack Russels and full of energy too. She will be keeping you busy. Best to start training her early or she will be training you. They tend to get bored easily from what I have heard. MrsK has Jack Russels too. Jack and Jill.

They are slowing up a bit but puppy is 6 months and just full of beans. Your right, Jacks need a huge amount of excercise. Peeps think that because they are little dogs, they can be kept indoors. Big mistake. If they don't burn off the energy, they will get bored very quickly. I'm lucky to have a field right outside the gate and can just let them out as soon as they get restless.

I'm going to try to get a pic of my nephews dog uploaded. I'll have to take it off facebook so won't be long.

This is my nephews dog, a 'Japanese Akito' called 'Nikita' She stands waist high. She has won two shows so far as she's still only nearly 2 yrs old. You don't see many of these in Britain but she is an absolute beauty.

Hello Nikita. Wow! What a beautiful dog you are. Won in two shows already as well. Good for her. It takes a bit of training to create a show dog. Your nephew deserves a pat on the back as well.

Thanks.... I'll tell him that..... he will be chuffed :) The first show she won was puppy section and the first prize was a proffessional photo shoot. They did some lush pics of her and framed them. My nephew is not known for his grace and learning 'ring craft' was really tough for him. They have just got her a mate as well, another 'Akito' but i haven't met her yet.

It makes me laugh..... you imagine a dog her size would want plenty of exercise but she hates it. He ends up dragging her up the road :wah:
