Thank u! Have just had large dose of caffeine, seems to have done the trick. Was kidding about the sunny bit, am sitting against the radiator wearing 3 t shirts, a cardigan and a fleece. Its freezing!! Am going to play the lottery 2morrow, and if i win i'm off to California...lol:

Found forum garden through google link; was researching one of the meds i take 4 bipolar disorder and a forumgarden member had posted some info. Its a really great site! Anyway, about me - on a good phase at the moment - i'm an illustrator, single, no kids, always broke but hey, i have fun. Planning to travel across the US later this year but that may just be a manic dream!!!
