Marmite is a spread which was invented in 1902 its made of a yeast paste and is vegaterian you either love it or hate it i have to have had a good few drinks then i eat it with cheese and mint sauce,

You should try the cheddar and strawberry jam sandwich for some reason it tastes good my dad has marmalade but i hate marmalade yuckkk;)

Try this web page for info www.accomodata.co.uk/marmite

I love 'em all...Bovril, marmite, vegemite...lovely savoury flavour

Now mint sauce....yuk...can't abide anything with vinegar. (except Pickled onions). I never used to eat beetroot because i thought it had to be pickled. A couple of weeks ago I found out you can eat it without and it's scrummy.

Had a very strange packet of crisps yesterday....was made from potatoes, beetroot, sweet potatoes, parsnips...all root veg in fact....it was surprisingly good.

Anyone else tried these ??

I keep meaning to get a bike. I need the exercise to lose weight. Cyclists are vulnerable though....I always give them a wide berth.
