Where i live in England, it is law that the men shave their heads. they must also have tattoo's all up their arms and be accompanyed by a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (called Dave) at all times. :yh_rotfl

No anti-baldism movement here, Sir Jimbo.

A person who is bald can be sexy, or funny or both. He/she may need to wear a hat in the colder weather to keep warm while he/she is out in the elements. It's cold outside........so make sure you wear a hat.

Do people really like to rub a bald head for good luck?
