Best Blu-Ray movies of 2008.

Post by KB. »

I've started writing a few articles here and there for Associated Content. It is an online magazine of sorts. Ezine if you will. They pay up-front based on "clout" level and they also pay per page view. I believe it is $1.50 per 1,000 views. I ain't getting rich by any means, especially starting out. Check out the article and please rate it but be honest. The more page views I get and the better my "clout" level the more money I stand to make. It may not be grand stories of my vagabond ways and crazy women but it is still writing and I love to do it.

The money is a perk basically. I'm working on building a source of material that a few local newspapers have asked for. I want this to be my last in holidays for retail if possible.

No more introduction paragraphs after this one. Here is the article.

Thanks and I hope all is well with everyone,

KB

I like your style of critique, KB. If you think something is good, you are capable of expressing it in a way that gets me thinking that I'd like to look at that myself.

If I am going to be picky, I would say watch your spelling and grammar. There again, I accept that this day and age, it is probably a minor thing for most people who are likely to read your reviews. I just happen to pick up on that sort of thing and you may be asked to review something that is likely to be scanned by a more refined reader.

Hope you are doing well, too.

I'm a pretty horrible speller at times; well not exactly, I'm more of a horrible typist. Spell check sucks and I usually have to rely on that. An editor is not in my financial plan at the moment. I did spell tourniquet correctly the first time I tried earlier.

my son has the Godfather in blue-ray, stunning!

We have Hancock, Kill Bill 1 & 2, and a few more.
Life is just to short for drama.

Big Fish is one I left off the list that I should have put on there. Amazing movie and beautiful in Blu-Ray. 300 is just spectacular and Twister, if you have the sound system, really will make your hair stand on end. Blu-Ray is amazing technology; I remember 5 years ago when it was being whispered about thinking that it would never come to fruition but it did.

Wow; thanks for the diligence. I moved up a level from the page views. 240 or so from yesterday. I appreciate the support. I'll try and get a couple more articles done this weekend. Probably a movie review and maybe a gumbo recipe. I'm a veritable renaissance man.
