I love his cooking, if you want real horror try and get Athony (I am not worthy)Bourdain's "A Cooks Tour". Eating all sorts around the world and IMO the worst was Tete au Veau in France. Now I have eaten pigs ears (Deep fried in germany), Pigs lips (boiled in Italy) but the calfs head looked absolutely disgusting.
Having said that Bourdain is my hero, one of these days I WILL go to Les Halles in New York. He has written a couple of great books Kitchen Confidential being one of them and it is full of great tips, how many of you have eaten fish in a restuarant on a Saturday or worse a sunday, don't, it's at least 24 hours old.
I have had grasshoppers in Hong Kong and snake also hong Kong, but nothing on earth would induce me to eat TRIPE. My father loves it cooked in milk and onions eeuughh, but he is 75 and says it takes him back to his childhood.

LOL@Bothwell you can eat grasshoppers and snake but you couldn`t face Tripe.
I know what you mean , I was also brought up on this delicacy , we would have it every week as did most folk , i swear you could tell what was for dinner a few blocks from home just by the smell of the stuff.
Thankfully I can no longer bring myself to eat it these days, my brother can`t get enough of it though, I just make do with haggis :wah:
