I actually find my post count disturbing. Way too much time on the puter that could be better spent knocking over the neighbors trash can or throwing snowballs at old men from behind a bldg.

Six times a year is pretty harsh...if you're unfortunate to have a bad chest infection or something, you could be sick for several days.

I have been in several similar situations Far and when you know how tough it is financially for us all when we haven't got a job, it makes it worse. I think we have more protection over here for employees or else we face the courts...we have to be sqeaky clean.

The 'dead wood' has to go as you say, but stick with it Far, you need that job yourself at the moment...come and kick ass here when it gets you down....:-4
