We go away every January for two weeks with my stepson his wife and kids....anyways they arent coming this time so my eldest daughter in Victoria wants to come with us with her 4 kids....am so excited as we havent been away on a holiday to gether since she was a little girl

Kay,, you gone to bed now so dunno when i will see you back, i will be here for a couple of hours now, then going to visit dad tonight, but wil try get back on about 7.30pm if i can:D

Scouse, i know your dad isnt well, is he still at home? mines in a rehab centre where they are doing intensive physiotherapy, he just had an op as well where they had to drill a hole in his skull toi drian off fluid from a bleed on the brian due to a fall. Hope your dads ok:-4

evenin all, 6-45pm weds.

its been such a bootiful day here so i made an effort to get out in for a change. so ive been shopping, taken the dog for a long walk and done a bit of tidying up outside.

ended up doing some cooking

cos i sorted my freezer out last night and left a big bag of mince out by mistake :-5 so got a few dinners in the freezer now !!

now im gonna have rice pudding with a dollop of strawberry jam, your fault carol :p:wah:

Hi all, thanks for all your well wishes for my BIL Eric. He did have a major heart attack, and I believe he had an operation to widen an artery. He was going to be transferred to Inverness from Glasgow on Thursday, but it seems that he is actually going to be driven back home to Skye by my sister Eddy on Thursday. It seems that everything is stable and OK, so we're keeping our fingers crossed that Eric's recovery will continue. Thanks once again for all your kind words. XXX

We brought a telly back from the van we bought a few mnths back. Its got a dvd player in the side and has freeview built in. We couldnt get the freeview at the van, but hubs is setting it up in the bedroom now and hes having great fun finding out all the channels we are getting:wah::wah: Actually he deserves a medal for even tuning it in!:D

hi kaz,

mine hasnt got a dvd in it but when i tuned it in, all i had to do was keep clicking on next and it did it for me :rolleyes:

so if hubs is tuning yours in, it might not be as hard as he's making out
