Do you cook all these meals homemade...I'm too lazy right now to cook much....Now I'll cook my fav meals and then freeze. So when I come home from work...I can just defrost. But I love cooking a big meal for company sometimes...everything from soup to nuts:-6My fav meal is this...

spicy tomato biscuits, chicken francais cutlets, romaine salad with veggies, chocolate mud pie and raspberry liqueur with expresso:-4

Wow, good on ya Carol...Wish I cooked more often on a daily basis....just don't have the energy with working when I come home also.

Actually, I'm beginning to hate to buy "frozen foods"....not my own frozen, because they're tastless and you can't control what's put in them. How long does it take you to put together a nice meal when you do cook at home. Guess I don't make roasts since I live alone. But I will make pork roast and cut it in thirds. Then I add it to tortillas:p

The crock pot(slow cooker) is so easy that we generally have a meal out of it 3-4 times a week. Meat slow roasted in gravy or Cantonese chicken or mince like tonight. We have quicker meals too like last night which was bacon, cheesy jacket potato and baked beans. Tbh I find the crock pot so damn easy, just chuck it in and leave it and its done at night time. Its my best buy ever Kathy and if you don't have one id invest in one.

Well im a gemini so i change my mind from week to week:wah: also im not that keen on routine ,, so i first thought oh well with the moeny we get and the money saved for next years fees(about£1500 for theyear) i thought we could get a few diff holidays out of it. Also we have to renew hubs taxi next year so with money we already have saved for that and some of the profit from the van we can probs do it without taking on debt:thinking: needs must sometimes:(

Hi Kaz XxX....I feel like weeping at the thought of how others live their life, if thats what it can be called "Living hell" more like for some. My Molls is 9 years old on Monday and she is still a little girl, makes mistakes and now and again hurts her sister...Id die for my kids and they will always be my kids NO matter what they do in life, their mine, from my womb, made out of love and their my responsibility. How dare some parents not give their children the 100% care and love they require.:-1

I know,, its almost unbelievable,, but sadly it does happen, the world over. :( If only people in power would start to do something about it (without going over the top and adding all kinds of re tape) maybe a lot of problems could be solved:thinking:

you havnt got to have three saucepans going on your cooker either so it saves on electric too.
