I'd have thought you could, the barels a whisky is matured in makes a lot of difference to the taste and I'm sure in our local fish smoking industry fuels and type of smoking changes the taste.

I'm a lark not an owl but often see things that others dont, just at the other end of the day, in the summer around 4am the honeysuckle in the hedge smells magnificent, I often see deer in the fields, foxcubs playing around the set, its a magical time of day
