Have any of our British members had any dealings with mydv.co.uk?

or Americans, as it is based in the US, although it does appear to be a UK company.

I ordered a psp for my nephew for xmas price £172 and it was'nt delivered as promised, i sent them 30, yes 30 e-mails in 4 hours and received no reply.

I called them on Friday and was told it had been despatched 2 days previous (weds), today i called the company again and was told i was on the waiting list and stock would'nt be in till next week!

I told them i wanted a refund, and was told it would take 5 days for it to be credited back to my visa, i'll believe it when i see it.

I've just googled them and there's an awful lot of sites out there with customers like me who think this company's a scam (i know, i know i should have checked them out first.



BEWARE DONT TRUST THEM.

If the worst comes to the worst and you used you credit card, the credit card company should be able to help.

I've never heard of them Abbey, but there a lot of rogue business around, luckily for me I don't have a bank card or visa to pay for things online, if I cant take it with me when I pay the cash, then I dont want it.

Keep sending those emails, every hour if possible, and maybe they might get so fed up they will cough up.

Abbey, the only place I get stuff online like that is amazon.co.uk. They have alot of different vendors that are signed up with them. I have not been disappointed yet with anything that I have got from them.

I did eventually get the majority of my money back from the company,

and placed an order with Amazon, i've had a few things off amazon & havent been dissapointed as yet.

I have learned my lesson, and will now only shop on line with a reputable company.

I'm glad to hear you got most of your money back!

The only other place I ever bought anything was ebay. I was a bit timid about that, but so far no problems.
