Taylor Behl's remains were found this afternoon. Saw it on the news during treatment.I didn't get too many details because I had to shut TV off. Does anyone know any more details?

Pelasara's attorney, George Peterson, said he believes the strongest suspect is already in custody.

He believes the suspect is in custody? He doesn't know for sure?

He doesn't know for sure?there's been no murder charged filed on the guy they have in custody, so he has to be careful what he says. i believe the DA is going to send this one to the grand jury. they need to get their ducks in a row with good forensic evidence.

I just have a gut feeling its that Fawley guy. He is an alleged pedophile. What is he doing hanging around the college anyway? Does he go to school there? Clean it? Teach classes? Work in the mess hall? And wasnt the body found on his ex girlfriend's farm? Way too coincidental, unless he was being framed, but I highly doubt it.

LadyCaop: Have you ever seen a case where the evidence was this coincidental and it was proven the accused WAS framed?

How is your rest and relaxation going?

I do also suspect Fawley, but my husband pointed out something to remember. They said this guy was in to photography. All those wierd things...(machete, bones..etc) could have just been props for photo sessions?? I dunno, either way this guy is definately a CREEP!! They found all sorts of child porn stuff. That makes me sick. Even if they don't prove he did anything to Taylor (and he may be innocent), I hope they find some reason they can keep him locked away! He sounds like a sicko....

authorities are treading cautiously on this one...last night he was officially named as a suspect. now they need more...cause of death, any trace evidence in grave area. DG, he does not work, he recieves a SS mental disability check. and you can be sure it will be a mental defense if it goes to trial. the farm was known to the ex-girlfriend, but not owned by her. she ID-ed it from photos. ...and you ask about framing...makes for good perry mason, but in reality all cases are supported by a lot more than just a few suspect things. even with a confession, the DA needs corroboration which is independant/forensic or circumstantial. has it ever happened? i suppose it's possible. especially with 2 or more co-defendants in a joint venture.
