Angels

Has anyone had any extraordinary experiences with angels to share? I have read some books called "Angel Therapy" and "Healing with Angels," by Dr. Doreen Virtue, and I can tell you angels have helped me oodles. It's awesome. They're always near us, and if we need help from the good ones, all we have to do is tell them the situation and ask them for help. They love to help us. I would recommend these angel books to anyone. They will also answer questions or tell you stuff in your dreams, if you just ask the good ones to.

:-6 Here is an a personal angel story that I just had to share... :driving:
In 1998, my ex-husband and I were on I-95 in Philadelphia, PA. It was about 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. Our car had broken down. We were pulled off onto the side of the road. My ex-husband didn't have any road flares, and the Interstate was dark, except for an occasional streetlight -- which we weren't near -- and the headlights of cars. The car was just sitting there in the darkness.
We were parked near a guardrail, and then there were thick woods on the other side of the guardrail. My ex-husband needed to leave me there -- in case a police officer showed up, so we wouldn't get a ticket for abandoning the car -- while he walked to the nearest exit ramp to call for a tow truck. I was afraid. The dark woods were scary and the interstate was black. The window closest to me was rolled down so very slightly, because I didn't want to open the window all the way with me -- a woman alone in a car -- sitting next to dark woods. The driver's side window was closed, and his door was locked. It was hot and uncomfortable, but you hear all kinds of stories, you know. I was scared.
I prayed. I prayed that God would please watch over me and keep me safe. I prayed that God would watch over my husband and keep him safe, walking the Interstate. I sat there and prayed. I kept praying for comfort.
Then I looked in the rearview mirror. A little distance down the road, in the back of the car, there appeared a figure. It was tall and thin and stood very erect. It had a long bayonet-type weapon or a rifle that it held, resting on its shoulder. The figure was walking back and forth, back and forth, you know, like a sentry on guard duty across the width of the rear of the car -- as if to block the car from oncoming traffic. I looked in the rearview mirror every now and then, and the soldier was still there. I watched the soldier on and off for about an hour, just walking back and forth, back and forth.
Then my ex-husband appeared at the driver's side door, and I didn't see the sentry any more. I asked him if he had seen the sentry, and he hadn't seen anything. We waited together for a short while until the tow truck arrived.
Thank God!
