Gina Davis for Pres?

I watched the new TV show showing Gina Davis as President of the US. It made me sick. The producers seem to be so anxious to soften the public up for Hilary, they forgot to put imagination into the plot. Instead, they relied on extreme stereotypes all round.
The show starts with the President having a stroke, rendering him incapable to continue as president.
* The President, a Republican, chose her, an Independent, as a running mate strictly for the votes. Being the stereotypical synical politician, he never meant for her to actually take over, and now asks for her resignation because it's important the president be a Republican.
* The Speaker of the House (Donald Sutherland), who is next in line should she resign, is a stereotype from the 50s and 60s: a man who thinks a woman could never make the decisions necessary to run the free world. He kept throwing out chauvenist remarks not heard in a generation until he got a stereotypical response from Ms Davis.
* Gina Davis, the Vice Pres. was prepared to take the high road and resign as requested, because she is a team player. Then got pissed at Sutherland's idiot remarks and responded with a stereotypical female response: she decided to not resign just to spite him. Of course, we are not to read into this that she will make other decisions based on the emotions of the moment.
This is a show I won't be watching again.
