I had a gin & tonic earlier tonight. I burn calories pretty good so no worry. For others? There is low calorie tonic available.

I've found mixing drinks with club soda tastes the same, and it is 0 cal.

I never use mixers in alcohol...maybe a little ice. Use neat and get the FULL FORCE of the taste ......one drawback....you're flat on the floor way before everyone else .....

Oh yeah! My husband drinks Jack on the rocks!! How on earth do you do that ??? I don't know...he always keeps his composure too!
