I was just having a nose through some of the fact-file details that everyone posted and noticed that nothing on how many brothers and sisters u have was mentioned.
If you do have brothers and/or sisters, than are you the youngest or oldest of the family, and if so did this affect you in any way.
I'm the oldest of 3, with 2 younger brothers, and am ALWAYS (well at least 99% of the time,) getting into trouble for being the eldest, as I'm always the one who was supposed to be setting an example, (I get blamed even when I'm not in the argument, figure that out!!)
What about every one else???

I am the youngest of 12! Yep you guessed it.CATHOLIC! LOL I am 33 and my oldest sibling is 53...It was a little crazy as it was a family of "his -hers- and ours"...All of us were raised together besides a older brother who was born out of wedlock and was never heard from until a couple years back. Itw as amazing to find him and look at him and see our father. I think I was given a lot of leisures compared to my older siblings as by the time I was a teenager my mother was quite tired of raising kids..Hee hee so It was a matter of telling the truth and being trusted -getting to do things that my brothers and sisters would have been grounded for life for...EX: going to parties etc. I just never lied and if I did I would fess up for fear she would find out anyway as she owned the local restaurant that the police went to for free breakfast! :wah:

I have a younger brother. He's extremely tall. I call him "the Skipper." He'll be 21 in October, and he's trying to give me a kidney. We have always gotten along very well.

I am the oldest girl in a family of six-three girls and three boys. Since I was the oldest girl I had the strictest rules when I became a teenager. Poor boys got grilled when they came to my house for a date, too many to grill him!

I was born the youngest of 5, 2 siblings of each side. I was spoiled until I was 13, then went into the foster care system. In that situation, I've experienced being the middle kid and the oldest.
That's why I'm in the Garden so much. I can't afford real therapy.

I have an older brother, older sister and a younger sister. My family always turns to me to be the peacemaker and think I can solve all their problems. Was like that for me as a kid, and still is as an adult. Can get very draining at times.

I'm the youngest of 4. My one and only brother is the oldest. He's 6 years older.
I have my brother and sisters to thank for pretty well having our parents broken in for me. LOL I was allowed to wear make up, date, etc. at a younger age than my sisters were.

Younger Bro. Younger by 2 years, always been close to him. He enjoys the fact that when we get together (he, his lovely lady, my beau and I) I am the old woman of the group, all 3 of them are 2 years my jr.
Affect me naw, we spent many an hour together as my parents did so much as a family so we had to like each other we only had each other hehehehehe He was a "bad boy" and was always in the wrong place at the wrong time, but now he is a well rounded mature adult who is a gem.

I only have one sister that's two years older, she has cancer and is having treatment at the moment, I sometimes wonder what it will be like if she doesn't make it and there's only me and my parents left. I can't imagine Christmas without her.

THat's tough, don't think I've ever really thought about it..Hope she pulls through.
I have an older brother. Used to fight like cats and dogs when we were kids. Looking back, he was probably a bit hard done by. Disadvantaged by the fact that he was the boy, and quite a bit bigger than me - though there's only 2 yrs difference, he was alway on the above average side, and I've always been below average (size wise, that is!).
Can't say I suffer from 'baby of the family' syndrome though.

I have a younger sister by 2 years and 4 months. She always got away with everything because my mother babied her and couldn't believe that her precious little darling could ever do anything wrong. She still babies her....plus, sis has always lived her life doing exactly what my mother wanted her to do....went the college mom wanted her to go to, majored in what mom wanted her too and even married the man my mother wanted her to marry! I guess I was a "rebel" because I made my own decisions based on what I wanted my life to be. The funny thing is, I'm the one that if asked, most people would say has had the better life. Earned my degree while working nearly full time, married my high school/college sweetheart, live in a beautiful home with two fantastic kids. Sis can't/won't get a job, her husband is constantly being laid off, they are barely scrapping by and have no children, which of course drives my mom nuts because she believes that of the two of us, sis would have made the perfect mother! Actually, we'll find out if sis is pregnant today....they've spend nearly $15,000 on infertility treatments, which I don't get because they can barely afford the two of them. Well, I've ranted enough.

I am the oldest of 4. Three sisters and a brother. I am 25 and one sis is 23. Mom stopped then started over. My brother is 13 and the youngest sis is 8. All are great and espite the sge gap we are all very close. I became the household babysitter being the oldest but loved every minute of it. I saw all of their firsts; first steps, first words, first day of school ect. And treasure every memory still.

I have one brother who is seven years my junior. We are not close, he lived with dad, me with mum so we grew apart from the age of me being 13 or so. Which is weird because we used to be so close..
Who says divorce doesn't affect siblings...

Baby of 5 here. 2 sisters 2 brothers.... and still the baby at 44! My older brother still tries to give me advice, even though he was there to place my retirement pin on my uniform. I guess I'll always be 12 to him. :wah:
