Thank you Jives! Brown eyes.......I always wanted to have blue because I thought brown was boring.....but most of the time my eyes are what people usually comment about......:rolleyes:

By the way - it is Chinese New Year today, and with a very big Asian community in Australia, most people get caught up in some kind of celebration. I happened to have a camera with me at the beach recently and couldn't resist it. Here, as a little personal tribute tof Year of the Dog... is ... an Aussie dog doing what true blue fair dinkum aussie dogs do.. checking out the waves...

Guys - I went out on my run early this morning - as it's gonna be a stinker here, heat wise... as it was, it was already hottern a gumtree in a bushfire. Canberra is not known as the Bush Capital for nothing. Took this pic within five mins drive of my place here.

Now that Accountable has shown me how to do this, I can post my favorite picture of me and my DH! We got married by a judge at the local courthouse and this was our first married kiss!

I've absolutely no idea what's posessed me to post this pic as I really don't like it at all, but my kids love it for some reason. They seem to think it captures me.

Last night. 07/27/06 The boys and their wives. One son is not in the picture. He is in New Orleans.

I found this pic today of my daughter. She's 14½ now but this is when she was the apple of my eye at 2 years old. Of course, she looks nothing like this now, but it was always one of my favourite pics and I lost it.

She's still my best mate and closest confidante
