I have never seen the ocean and would like to this summer. Since I'm in Ohio, I'm thinking Ocean City, Maryland or Virginia Beach. Any suggestions of places to stay, sites to see, etc.?

Peg, my soon-to-be sister in law lives in Baltimore. I'll email and ask if she has any suggestions! Hope you have a great vacation!

I am presenty in Tom's River New Jersey Peg, and have been doing the different beaches along the south Jersey coast for the past three days. Today we are heading to Cape May. Do a Google Search on the Jersey shore and you will see some pretty nice beaches. This would be closer for you than going to Maryland or Virginia Beach.
