Why Does My Laptop Make a Goat Sound and How to Get Rid of It

What could be the cause of a strange goat-like sound that occasionally plays on my Dell p83f laptop running windows 10?


I have experienced this sound three times while using Adobe After Effects, Media Encoder and Chrome. It is not related to any of the applications or videos that I was using. It is very loud and disturbing. I am not familiar with the technical aspects of my computer. How can I identify and fix this problem?
